SPEA establishes ESG Committee
SPEA today announced that it has formed an Environmental Social and Governance Committee of the Board (ESG Committee) with effect from November 1, 2021.
The ESG Committee met for the first time today with an aim to integrate sustainability best practice into all decision-making processes.
The ESG Committee is composed of two Directors of the SPEA Board – A. Ganio and F. Rimondotto, the QHSE Director – P. Negro, and three permanent members R. Alsino (HR Manager), M. Bruatto (Environment Engineer), S. Marcigot (Quality Engineer).
The ESG Committee will meet periodically on matters related to organization-wide ESG initiatives, priorities, and leading ESG practices.
