🔧 What You Will Do
- Perform product inspections and monitor quality across various production stages
- Manage supplier non-conformities, utilizing dedicated applications (SCM, SiaX, AVL)
- Analyze production faults and defects using company information systems and tools
- Apply structured methodologies (8D) to identify root causes and define corrective/preventive actions
- Plan, implement, and verify the effectiveness of improvement actions
- Draft OPLs (One Point Lessons) and support operator training
- Update quality KPIs and contribute to overall process optimization
